Yorkshire pudding recipe: - equal parts by volume of plain flour, milk and eggs. - Good pinch of salt - Veg oil for cooking (or another fat with a high smoke point - not olive oil or butter as they’ll burn) 1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk or some form of blender. 2. Pass through a sieve. 3. Put in fridge for at least an hour. 4. Put 1tsp veg oil in each well of a yorkie tin and preheat in a 200 degree C oven for 10-15 minutes. 5. While the yorkie tin and oil is still super hot, po
