Jaindl Land Co. and the Hanover Township, Northampton County, Planning Commission feuded Monday night over the extent of road improvements that should be required in a plan to build 45 turkey barns.
The turkey, once a contender for designation as the national bird, ran afoul of a zoning code last night as Jaindl’s Turkey Farms filed a courtesy presentation with North Whitehall’s planners.
